Emergency Services
If you have an emergency as described below, please phone Dr Mulligan at 250 371-1658. If you are directed to voicemail please leave a detailed message and I will call you back as soon as possible. Otherwise, send a TEXT message titled URGENT with a brief description of your emergency to my cell phone.
If I am unable to respond it is because I am with another client and cannot answer my phone. In that case, please call another large animal veterinarian for assistance. On days that I am unable to attend an emergency I will notify clients on my voicemail and you should seek assistance elsewhere.
